Follow Le Tour de France With Your Tastebuds At Bistro Rex

Bistro Rex on Macleay St in Potts Point will be celebrating the 'French-iest' of French sporting events, Le Tour de France, by creating five different food and wine matches from the five main regions of this year’s tour.

Kicking off on July 6 in Champagne and traversing the country, our specific tour will embrace the sweet wine and food of Alsace, the cassoulet and hearty reds of the south (along with a pit stop to storm the Bastille), and the Fondue of the Alps before winding up in Paris on July 28.

Each of the five main regions will be represented with a dish created by our co-head chefs Jo Ward & Michelle Powell and matched with a glass from the same region.

Each match, available on specific dates mentioned in the menu below, will be available from midday until close for the entirety of Le Tour de France.
