Bistro Rex, Potts Point is on the hunt for:

Our restaurant is easy to reach from most suburbs as we are a mere 5 minutes walk from Kings Cross train station.

Bistro Rex is open 7 days for dinner and Thursday to Sunday for lunch.

We are looking for experienced staff to join our dynamic team immediately! For those keen to learn, we also offer training positions.

Our ideal person will have a background in a la carte dining, and:

  • Have a current and valid RSA certificate
  • Be a clear communicator
  • Have the ability to multi-task
  • A genuine enthusiasm in providing an amazing dining experience
  • Outstanding personal presentation
  • Wine knowledge is preferred, not essential
